Prof Zecha, pictured here in 2011, retired from teaching at the University of Salzburg in 2007. His UofS career ended with him being Chair of the Department of Philosophy. Teaching at UP Salzburg Extension was his first teaching job after graduating the University of Innsbruck. Herr Professor is married with five children. He was born in July 1942 in Innsbruck.
